Association Dues
How much are the association dues?
The monthly maintenance dues are $205.00, due by the end of each month. Checks and money orders may be made out to White Lick HOA, and mailed to P.O. Box 986, Plainfield, IN 46168. Please note that there is a $20 late fee for any payments received after the end of the month.
What forms of payment are available?
White Lick accepts checks and money orders.
Automatic payments from your bank account (or ACH Payments) can be arranged through the management office. In order to sign up, Download the ACH Signup Sheet, fill it out and then mail, email or fax it to the property manager, along with a voided check.

Trash is picked up every Tuesday by Ray's Trash, through the Town of Plainfield.
