  • What are your business hours?

    We are open Monday-Friday from 8:00am until 4:00pm. Our Property Managers will check email and voicemail sporadically throughout the hours that our office is closed.

  • Who do I contact in case of emergency?

    In case of fire, illness or physical threat, call 911.

     

    If you have a water leak inside your home after normal business hours, call Jason Cook at 317-797-7604, then call our office and leave a detailed message that we can return promptly the next business day.

  • How do I pay my monthly Association Dues?

    You have several options with Property Services Group, Inc.

    1. You can set up an automatic bank ACH draw that will come out on the same date (1st or 10th) every month.  The form for ACH is at the bottom of this page.
    2. You can pay your dues through our AppFolio Portal.  You can pay via secure ACH or by credit or debit card.  AppFolio does charge a nominal fee for these services.

  • What type of services does Property Services Group, Inc. offer to its Associations and Rental Property Owners?

    We are a full-service management company.  We have our own dedicated maintenance crews.  We manage your landscaping, snow removal, exterior maintenance (including roof maintenance) pools or playgrounds and all common area items. Based on the Association’s By-Laws, some communities have window and door replacement, deck building and maintenance, crawlspace inspections and more. One or more of our maintenance crews will be through your community on a regular basis, to ensure the property remains up to our high standards.


    We will attend Board Meetings and Annual meetings, prepare budgets, manage inquiries and daily finances with all the transparency that State Law requires.  We will also handle violation enforcement and collections.


    For our Rental Management, in addition to the above, we will connect the owner and the renter with qualified, reliable contractors to do any maintenance needed.  Additionally, we will manage the leases, and find qualified renters for your properties, minimizing vacancies..
