Kensington Estates Condominium Co-Owners Association is located on Saratoga Parkway in Plainfield, Indiana. Our 65 condos (in 61 buildings) are individually owned and pay a monthly maintenance fee each month to the Kensington Estates Co-Owners Association, managed by Property Services Group.

Association Dues
How much are the association dues?
The monthly maintenance dues are $200.00, due by the end of each month. Checks and money orders may be made out to Kensington Estates COA, and mailed to P.O. Box 986, Plainfield, IN 46168
What forms of payment are available?
Kensington Estates accepts checks and money orders.
Automatic payments from your bank account (or ACH Payments) can be arranged through the management office. In order to sign up, Download the ACH Signup Sheet, fill it out and then mail, email or fax it to the property manager, along with a voided check.

What day is trash picked up?
Trash is picked up every Wednesday by Waste Management, through the Town of Plainfield.
