May 2021 Board of Directors Meeting

COUNTRY VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Minutes – May 10, 2021


Meeting was held via zoom.


Meeting called to order by president Max Roe.


Board members present: Max Roe, Betty Shaw, Steve Linson, Sharon Eichmann, & Linda Carlen.


President for Property Services Group: Larry Edwards, Brandon Henton.


Financials were given by Larry Edwards. Accounts receivable were given by Brandon Henton.


Discussion on several tree problems. List will be compiled of trees for possible removal.


Homeowner requested that steps be moved that have shifted prohibiting front door from fully opening. Board requests that PSG remedy ASAP.


8002 Sunflower Court junk collection was discussed. Letter had been sent by Board but no reply from homeowner. Attorney will send letter.


8016 Sunfield Court - Letter to be sent to homeowner and AMG Property Management concerning weed problem.


August Board meeting will possibly be held at Flanner & Buchanan Community Room located at High School Road and 30th Street, located behind mortuary.


Meeting adjourned at 8:15pm.

March 2021 Board of Directors Meeting

COUNTRY VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Minutes – March 8, 2021


Meeting was held virtually utilizing Google Meet.


Board members present: Max Roe, Betty Shaw, Steve Linson, Sharon Eichmann, & Linda Carlen. Cynthia Robinson was absent due to illness.


Management Present: Larry Edwards, Susan Keene, Brandon Henton.


Meeting was called to order at 7:04pm.


Election of officers: Motion was made by Betty Shaw to retain officers. Motion seconded by Linda Carlen. Motion passed with vote 4-1.


Financial report presented by Susan Keene and Brandon Henton. Homeowners can now pay with credit card through website. There is a 3.5% fee to the payer.


Discussion was held on meeting places. The Harrison is still on lockdown. Flanner and Buchanan has a community room that would be available. Consensus is to have the next meeting by Google Meet.


Discussion on snow removal. Snow removal was very bad. Vendor was notified of the unsatisfactory service provided.


Tree removal was discussed. Survey of the community to determine which trees need to be removed will be done.


Forming a tree committee was discussed. No action taken.


Next meeting will be May 10, 2021 and will be held virtually.


Meeting adjourned at 7:55pm.

The next Country Village Homeowners Association Board of Directors meeting will be Monday, August 9, at Flanner & Buchanan Community Room located behind the mortuary at 2950 N. High School Road beginning at 7:00 pm.


The Country Village Homeowners Association Annual Meeting will be Monday, November 8, at Flanner & Buchanan Community Room located behind the mortuary at 2950 N. High School Road beginning at 7:00 pm.

January 2020 Board Minutes

COUNTRY VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Minutes – January 13, 2020


Meeting called to order at 7pm.

Board members present: Max Roe, Betty Shaw, Steve Linson, Sharon Eichmann, Linda Carlen, Cynthia Ransom.


Homeowner present: Veronica Coleman.


First order of business: Election of officers.

Nominations: Max Roe, president, Betty Shaw, vice-president.

Betty Shaw was called upon to take minutes of the meeting.


Discussions:

Were Sept 7 minutes posted? (Yes)


Parking, white van tagged on Pineywood Ct. by the city.


Max is going to put another notice on cars on Pineywood Ct. regarding parking on both sides of the street which should be prohibited due to Emergency Vehicles trying to get thru between the cars. Impossible with vehicles parked on both sides of the street entrance.

Discussions on getting petition presented to city for “NO PARKING” on one side of Pineywood entrance. City ordinance is no parking 10 or 20 feet each side of fire hydrants as well as no parking 15 feet on either side of mailboxes.


Discussed changing to one station of mailboxes which are locked and all in one place on Pineywood Ct. Cost to convert in could easily be in excess of $7000.


Max will contact Mrs. Rose who inadvertently accused what appears to be the incorrect homeowner of blocking mail boxes prohibiting delivery of our mail.


It is also time for compilation of books.


John, the other board member who was treasurer turned in his resignation.


Maria Fox complained of neighbors cutting down trees instead of cutting back branches.


8016 Sunfield. has been sold.


Meeting was adjourned at 8:40pm.
